Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Speed Hardware Engineer (RF & Digital Systems) to design and develop advanced electronic systems for next-generation satellite and telecommunications platforms. The role focuses on high-frequency and high-data-rate hardware development across the full product lifecycle, ensuring robust performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-speed multilayer PCBs with controlled impedance.
• Develop high-speed digital interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, and SerDes.
• Ensure signal integrity and power integrity across complex electronic systems.
• Design and integrate RF and mixed-signal circuits.
• Perform schematic design, layout supervision, and PCB stack-up definition.
• Conduct signal integrity and RF simulations to validate designs.
• Support hardware validation, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with FPGA, RF, and system engineering teams to ensure successful product integration.
• Prepare technical documentation and support manufacturing and production processes.

Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-speed hardware design.
• Strong experience using PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence.
• Solid knowledge of signal integrity principles and transmission line theory.
• Experience with high-speed communication protocols including PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, and SerDes.
• Hands-on laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and related test equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• RF design experience in the GHz frequency range.
• Experience within satellite, aerospace, or telecommunications industries.
• Familiarity with FPGA-based systems.
• Experience with simulation tools such as HyperLynx, ADS, and HFSS.
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI standards and compliance requirements.
